Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from Nigeria. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Nigeria: 3–7 business days
- West Africa: 7–14 business days
- Rest of Africa & International: 14–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
